I’m a business consultant and life coach who’s passionate about helping service-based entrepreneurs—especially life coaches, creatives, and purpose-led pros—start, structure, and scale businesses that feel good and earn well. I have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the University of Miami and a Master’s in International Business and Marketing from the University of Florida. Before stepping into this chapter of my life, I spent years in the corporate world—first in sales and account management, then in brand marketing and project management. I managed multi-million dollar brands, led campaigns, launched new products, juggled vendors and budgets, and worked with cross-functional teams at some of the biggest companies in the U.S. But the most fulfilling part of my journey? Helping everyday people build their own businesses. The coach figuring out how to package her services. The healer learning how to charge what she’s worth. The entrepreneur who just needs someone to help them get organized and execute. I’ve been that sounding board, that strategist, that accountability partner. And now, I’ve built a consulting practice that blends real strategy with real support—for real people who want to do meaningful work. Alongside Kiah Ruth Consulting, I also run a spiritual life coaching business called Harmony Vibe Coaching and co-founded Ki Developments, a real estate development company focused on creating wellness and family-centered spaces across the U.S. So, yes—when I say I understand business from multiple angles, I really mean it. I believe in clarity before content, alignment before automation, and confidence before code. When I’m not helping clients build aligned businesses, I’m usually traveling, discovering new restaurants, roller skating, bike riding, exploring real estate, or learning a new craft. I live in Florida with my five-year-old miniature schnauzer, who keeps me on my toes and makes sure I take breaks.
